Course description: A comprehensive
introduction to chartwork, navigation, meteorology and the
basics of seamanship. Invaluable for learning how to start
making decisions on board and if you are considering
taking the Day Skipper practical course.
Suggested minimum pre-course experience and recommended
knowledge: Some practical sail cruising experience
desirable.
Course contents: Basic seamanship and introduction to
navigation, weather and collision prevention rules.

After the course: You will have the necessary
background knowledge to skipper a small yacht in familiar
